激光相位成像雷达的研究

利用无合作目标漫反射激光相位测距的原理,对关键单元技术进行分析和设计,研制成一种用于自主式车辆视觉导引的激光相位成像雷达的原理样机.     

The Squeezing Effect in a Mesoscopic RLC Circuit

Using the path integral method we derive quantum wave function and quantum fluctuations of charge andcurrent in the mesoscopic RLC circuit. We find that the quantum fluctuation of charge decreases with time, oppositely,the quantum fluctuation of current increases with time monotonously. Therefore there is a squeezing effect in the circuit.If some more charge devices are used in the mesoscopic-damped circuit, the quantum noise can be reduced. We also findthat uncertainty relation of charge and current periodically varies with the period π/2 in the under-damped case.     

Chemical synthesis and electric properties of the conducting copolymer of aniline and o‐aminophenol

A copolymer, poly(aniline‐co‐o‐aminophenol), was prepared chemically by using ammonium peroxydisulfate as an oxidant. The monomer concentration ratio of o‐aminophenol to aniline strongly influences the copolymerization rate and properties of the copolymer. The optimum composition of a mixture for the chemical copolymerization consisted of 0.3 M aniline, 0.021 M o‐aminophenol, 0.42 M ammonium peroxydisulfate, and 2 M H₂SO₄. The result of cyclic voltammograms in a potential region of ?0.20 to 0.80 V (vs.SCE) indicates that the electrochemical activity of the copolymer prepared under the optimum condition is similar to that of polyaniline in more acid solutions. However, the copolymer still holds the good electrochemical activity until pH 11.0. Therefore, the pH dependence of the electrochemical property of the copolymer is improved, compared with poly(aniline‐co‐o‐aminophenol) prepared electrochemically, and is much better than that of polyaniline. The spectra of IR and ¹H NMR confirm that o‐aminophenol units are included in the copolymer chain, which play a key role in extending the usable pH region of the copolymer. The visible spectra of the copolymers show that a high concentration ratio of o‐aminophenol to aniline in a mixture inhibits the chain growth. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. DME/LPG混合燃料HCCI燃烧模拟

根据碳氢燃料化学反应系统具有层次结构的特性,本文通过分析二甲醚(DME)与液化石油气(LPG)的详细化学反应机理,构建了反映DME／LPG混合燃料均质压燃(HCCI)燃烧的详细化学反应机理．采用该机理应用单区燃烧模型对DME／LPG混合燃料HCCI燃烧的化学反应动力学过程进行了数值计算．计算结果与试验结果对比表明,所构建的DME／LPG混合燃料氧化的详细化学反应机理能够准确预测DME／LPG混合燃料的两阶段放热特性,对低温和高温着火始点的预测很好;但高温反应过程预测欠佳,高温反应机理需要改进．

考虑一类具连续分布滞量的非线性中立型抛物偏泛函微分方程解的振动性,借助Green定理和时滞微分不等式获得了这类方程在Robin,Dirichlet边值条件下所有解振动的若干充分条件.     

Effects of Spatial Noncommutativity on Energy Spectrum of a Trapped Bose-Einstein Condensate

In noncommutative space, we examine the problem of a noninteracting and harmonically trapped BoseEinstein condensate, and derive a simple analytic expression for the effect of spatial noncommutativity on energy spectrum of the condensate. It indicates that the ground-state energy incorporating the spatial noncommutativity is reduced to a lower level, which depends upon the noncommutativity parameter θ. The gap between the noncommutative space and commutative one for the ground-state level of the condensate should be a signal of spatial noncommutativity.     

Thermal Rate Constants of the N（^4S）＋O2（X^3∑g^-） → NO（X^2Ⅱ） ＋O（^3P） Reaction on the ^2A′ Potential Energy Surface

A quasiclassical trajectory study with the sixth-order explicit symplectic algorithm for the N（^4S）＋O2（X^3∑g^-） → NO（X^2Ⅱ） ＋O（^3P） reaction has been reported by employing a new ground potential energy surface. We have discussed the influence of the relative translational energy, the vibrational and rotational levels of O2 molecules on the total reaction cross section. Thermal rate constants at temperatures 300, 600, and 1000 K determined in this work for the reaction are 4.4 × 10^7, 1.8 × 10^10, and 3.1 × 10^11 cm^3mol^-1s^-1, respectively. It is found that they are in better agreement with the experimental data than previous theoretical values.     

Effects of Substrate Temperature on Helium Content and Microstructure of Nanocrystalline Titanium Films

Helium-charged nanocrystalline titanium films have been deposited by HeAr magnetron co-sputtering. The effects of substrate temperature on the helium content and microstructure of the nanocrystalline titanium films have been studied. The results indicate that helium atoms with a high concentration are evenly incorporated in the deposited titanium films. When the substrate temperature increases from 60℃ to 350℃ while the other deposition＇parameters are fixed, the helium content decreases gradually from 38.6 at.% to 9.2at.%, which proves that nanocrystalline Ti films have a great helium storage capacity. The 20 angle of the Bragg peak of （002） crystal planes of the He-charged Ti film shifts to a lower angle and that of （100） crystal plane is unchanged as compared with that of the pure Ti film, which indicates that the lattice parameter c increases and a keeps at the primitive value. The grain refining and helium damage result in the diffraction peak broadening.
